These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vibesecure platform ("Service"), operated by Vibesecure ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Vibesecure is an AI-powered code security and health analysis platform that:

• Analyzes source code for security vulnerabilities, quality issues, and performance problems
• Executes analysis skills in isolated Docker sandbox environments
• Provides AI-powered deep analysis using Claude by Anthropic
• Generates security reports in Markdown and PDF formats
• Scans live web application URLs for surface-level security issues

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Scan code that you own or have explicit authorization to analyze
• Scan publicly accessible URLs for security assessment purposes
• Generate and share security reports
• Use scan results to improve the security of your own applications

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload code that you do not own or have authorization to scan
• Use the URL scanning feature to attack, exploit, or damage third-party systems
• Upload malicious code, malware, or exploit code designed to compromise our systems
• Attempt to bypass sandbox isolation or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activities
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints

6. Intellectual Property

Your Code: You retain all rights to code you upload for analysis. We claim no ownership over your source code or projects.

Scan Reports: Reports generated by the Service are provided to you for your use. You may share, distribute, or publish these reports.

Our Platform: The Vibesecure platform, including its analysis skills, AI integrations, and user interface, is proprietary software. All rights reserved.

7. Subscription & Billing

• Free Tier: Includes 4 skills and 5 scans per month at no charge
• Pro Plan: Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions
• Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will detect all security vulnerabilities in your code
• Scan results are 100% accurate or complete
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Following our recommendations will make your application fully secure

Vibesecure is a security analysis tool, not a guarantee of security. You remain solely responsible for the security of your applications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibesecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vibesecure harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the EU jurisdiction where we are established.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
